Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time (2:00 PM GMT+2, Tallinn time) will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the parcel may be returned to us.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Any remaining balance will be refunded according to our Return & Refund Policy

Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.

After the order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.


Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping or refund processing
